In the main house, the ground floor consists of a large living room, an open kitchen, a reading room with a separate living room in which you have access to a TV screen with 200 channels and Netflix. All you need for a movie night with family or friends. In addition, the structure has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with access to the garden and the other on the first floor.

 

Crossing a colourful garden of exotic plants, you come across a 15 x 4.5m swimming pool, heated from April 15th to the end of October. And, a plancha is at your disposal to prepare gourmet barbecues.

 

While enjoying the calm and serenity of the place, you will enjoy the pool house which contains the 3rd bedroom with its own kitchen and bathroom, and also with its own air conditioning system. It is therefore a space all in privacy that awaits you, out of sight.

 

In addition, the house has reversible floor heating and a WiFi connection throughout the villa. And, for your safety, it also has an outdoor and indoor alarm. As a bonus, a housekeeper comes to take care of the property twice a week and at the end of the stay.
